Sabrata 75km west of Tripoli founded in the 9th Century B.C by Phonicians, in 1st
century B.C it become a Roman City as it is seen now.Sabarata is a made area more
magnificent by its imposing and virtually intact theatre, whose perfect ecoustics still

performance of concert , shows and plays, its amphitheatre Forum and the temple
of Isis.

Tripoli The capital .The old town dates to the 4th century A.D it is the town
where historical events and Architectural Styles meet, encompassing the monumental red
fortress which is in many ways regarded as a Symbol of the City its a real gems Islamic
architecture and where you can spend a complete day wondering around the stalls of
the suq which is the busiest and most crowded in Libya. |
